Runner(remesher_options: dict, backEndOptions: dict)[source]

Run the process to write mesh in an inria mesh file, launch mmg and read the resulting mesh

Notes

The inria mesh file (called temp_name) will be writen in a temporary directory

Parameters:

  • remesher_options (dict) – keys corresponding to mmg option name and value corresponding to value if applicable

  • backEndOptions (dict) –

    Extra options for the “by file” mmg communication. Supported keys include:

    • "temp_name": name of the output mesh file without extension. Defaults to "temp_file".

    • "binary": whether to write binary files. Defaults to True.

    • "prefix": prefix used when restoring tags. Defaults to "mmg".

    • "keep_temp_files": whether to keep temporary files. Defaults to False.

    • "temp_dir": directory used for temporary files. If None, a temporary directory is used.

Returns:

mesh – mmg resulting mesh from adaption
